Announcement

Well, after trying for quite some time I still haven't found a way to add two announcements so that they both would be on the announcement block at the same time for example : (Used paint to place it there)

And I don't know much about HTML to make the other text go under the first one :

Without them scrolling or anything, just staying still there. I hope you understood.
