I have the code that i need to put to the forum...

Where do i put the code !?

To put the chatbox on the bottom, it would only be possible on the portal through a widget:
Admin Panel > Modules > Portal Management > Structure > Create a widget > Fill in the necessary form and put the code on the 'widget source' > save

Then go back on the structure of the portal again:
Go to: 'Addition/Deletion of Personal widget > Search for the title of the widget with the chatbox code > Place its location on the footer > Save
