Moving "Your last visit/Current date time" and right links to bottom?

I will put a new bar with buttons (as announcement xD) and my upper part of the forum is too big now. I want to try to low it a bit, so I want to move this things to the bottom of the forum, as I tryed to show on the picture. The thing is that I'm not really sure how.

I use phpBB 2!



I know that I gotta modifly my templates, but I dont know which one and what to change inside.
