creation password and creation mail

I'm peppone form Italy and I'm the administrator of this forum:

I have a problem with the e mail and the password of creation of my forum.
If I put them in the tools link (this one: http://www.forumattivo.com/it/attrezzi/ ) there is something going wrong because the site tells me that they are not correct.
could you help me please...?

This user is banned from the Italian FDF disrespect to an administrator, I just realized, then, I think it does not have to receive support here, but it is appropriate to have so many international support forums?

you are right: I've been banned from the italian forum by a person - the administrator - that was not in condition to understand my words because I'm italian and she is hispanic (and she lives in spain). the other administrator is bolivian.
the problems were absolutely regarding misunderstandings between a person that speaks a language and another one that only thinks to speak and to understand the same language. I'm a forestal worker 41 years old: I' not interested to make riots on line or to create problems. I just would like to have the possibility to use my forum at the best. My forum is working perfectly now but anyway, if somethong goes wrong, I think that I'd need the creation mail and password.

language has nothing to do, Yoko is from Spain, yes, but you know Italian, so this as administrator of the FDF Italian ...

the other administrator, Rey! is Italian but lives in Venezuela, so that by the forum where you are coming from

besides, you were not banned for that, but for the way you talk to Yoko, she is always willing to help and you're out with your bad words ...

do not understand the word are you! are also very rude, no, no staff, tolerates your message as a joke ... best sir, you can try to fix the problem yourself instead of talking bad about people!

I'm not talking bad about nobody. I just told the truth: we had terrible problems concerning the language. I did not wrote that yoko is a bad person. I just said that we were not in condition to understand eachother. Not more than this. Belive me. Anyway I'm not interested in this question: I'm here just to have the creation mail and password working. When my problems will be resolved be sure that I will not disturb here anymore.
Anyway if this forum does not want to assist me for this problem I ask you please to have an email of a technical service of forumattivo or forummotion or forumactiff where I can find assistance directly.

it is happened. it is not by my point of view: it is a real thing. I'm speaking about yoko and not rey 'cause with rey I had just some mps and I've never had problems with him. You are right: yoko is an entusiastic person and she is always ready to help. but she does not understand correctly italian language. I'm an engineer of forestal works, I have 41 years and I speak a correct italian...belive me...I have nothing against yoko...it happend a lot of problems only caused by the language.
anyway I don't want to convince you. I'm here for assistance and I think that it shuold be in my rights to have it untill I became crazy and start to create problems in this forum. In case of problems, riots and things like that caused by me here you'd be right to say that I havo no right to be assisted. But if this case do not happen...?

I'm not english and I'm not the administrator of a forum in english language. I don't realize why you are so aggressive with me
the problems were not that I didn't understand what administrator told me...it's the opposite.
May be you are trying to put me in difficulties...hoping that I fall in violent words or bad words or something similar...It is not in my DNA to do that.

I'm here only for a problem regarding my forum that on the italian forum of assistance was not possible to resolve. nothing more. I don't want to create problems to nobody. belive me.

Center I don't know why you are making a big deal out of this as I last recall this was an English forum were we do things different here. I'm not going to ban someone who has not broken any rules here. Please continue to give support and visit this forum but please don't break the rules here.
