how to make badges and medals for users??

like people should earn medals for theyre posts

They can earn ranks, you can add the ranks as medals.

Give them medals manually after making a new profile field for medals.

You can add different images per badge, so:

1) Click the plus sign
2) Under "Add a field", select Images List
3) Enter a name(MUST)
4) Display: Profile and Messages
5) Who can modify the profile field value?: Mods
6) Click the green plus under actions
7) Enter the URL of the badge you want under "Image Address"
Add the name under "Alternate text"
9) Repeat steps 7-8 until all of your images have been chosen
10) Click Save!
11) Go to the members profile, then you should see the badges you just made
12) You can choose the image you want, and then click the little green check mark to save it.
