Color Of Text Is To Dark Where Can I Change It?

Hello;

This is what we presently have:As you can see the type is almost impossible to see.

I would like to change the text that the members input to match the text that you can see Posts, Points, Join date, Age

Where do I go to do this?
Please instruct like this ACP>GENERAL>WHERE I GO

Even though you gave me the CSS way of doing it, a little patience on my part looking for what you put there did the trick.
However instead of using your #ffffff I used #adadad and it now matches what the other one looks like, which is what I wanted to achieve.
This has got to be a record for a posting to solved less then 30 minutes
