Is it possible if you write in your forum adress, ex, www.example.com
that you can make so you have to accept some rules or Tos before entering the forum, and if you press no
you get linked to google or something?

Like this forum http://www.moparscape.org/tos/

Would be very nice.

Please avoid double posting.
If you know to create an HTML page/Homepage for your forum(where you'll be redirected when you access the link), you can do this so when they access your forum link.
