This will solve the problem:

Administration Panel --> General --> Categories and forums -->
Click on delete.
Add on Deletee

The forum is gone!

Click on add to create a new forum.
Add on Addfe

Give it a name, give the location required and save.
Add on Forumkh

Choose the permissions.
Add on Pemrisos

Ok, now have a new forum, you can find more information about this in the tutorials area:
