Removal of Header Backround image and......

I have a forum and I want to remove the Header background image and forum background image using CSS. My forum version is Phpb3 (is that correct? It is something along those lines) If you are still confused about what I mean:

I want to remove everything in the header that is blue. I found a topic for this situation BUT it also removed my banner

For this one I want the light blue gone (The forum background) Not the words. Sorry for the messy circles.

You can try this?

For the header:
Admin Panel // Display // Pictures
Scroll all the way down and you'll see the second to last option. It's called "Header Background Image"
Remove whatever is there.
Save settings.

If that doesn't work head over to
Display // Colors // Background Colors
Find "Header Background Color"
Remove the 6 Number color code there (#_ _ _ _ _ _ )
Save settings.

For the background:
Admin Panel // Display // Colors // Background Colors
The first option will be "Background Color"
Remove the 6 Number color code there (#_ _ _ _ _ _ )
Save settings.

Thank you so much. I am so glad I got an Answer. Just one thing. If you want to have your header floating you have to get rid of your forum background, too. And the place to go to get rid of the fourm it is Body line background color. I will mark this solved, thank you! :3
