Can I make a random banner display?

Is there some code I can make for the banner on my site to display randomly between the current image and a bunch of others on refreshing the page?

Yes, you can
Go to http://www.randimg.net/
Register, make new pile, upload pics and put them to that pile.
Then take pile link and that's now your banner link. Paste it instead of current one.
