No one has permission to download attachments

like the topic says, all of my membeers (excluding me) is getting "No permission to download attachments"
And i have no idea how to fix this.
Any help?

Go to your permissions in the categories & forums // click advanced permissions // and click the box to allow members to download attachments.

Thank you! however, theres a new problem.
If you play a flash game and hit the up key, it scrolls up.this is happening to everyone.

Try clicking into the flash game, that usually solves the problem. If not, try a different browser.

The problem is still there

That isn't a problem with us.
