its really nothen its just ads by google, but if you really wanna remove it try the header template or index template.

There are two ways this can be resolved:
1. There should be an option in General>Forum>Configuration then you should be able to remove it so it is only shown to guests. (it might be removed now, i don't know as i use step 2).

2. To get rid of advertisements by paying:
Members & guests:
Cost:
Add 1 month(s) : 200 Credits
Add 2 month(s) : 400 Credits
Add 3 month(s) : 600 Credits
Add 6 month(s) : 1000 Credits
Add 12 month(s) : 2000 Credits

Members only:
Cost:
Add 1 month(s) : 100 Credits
Add 2 month(s) : 200 Credits
Add 3 month(s) : 300 Credits
Add 6 month(s) : 500 Credits

To get extra credits visit: Admin Panel>misc>Buy/Obtain Credits (the cost of credits will be there).
