First topic message reminder :

Hi all just a little some thing i have looked over and found would be good to have on the site.
Right now the only way to edit a members signature is the member them self or a admin of the site with ACP rights.

i am asking you all to support me on having a place on the mods tools where the Mods can edit the signature's
this will help the staff when some one puts porn or some other thing in the signature that should not be there

as you can see you can stop the member from using the sig or just edit it

right now the admins are the only ones that can do this ..

First of all, I would hope this would show in the security logs of the Admin Panel as it would make sense for an admin to see which mod edited what member's profile. This will be good for a couple reasons. The most important one to me would be that if someone is violating a forum's personal rules or FM's ToS the moderator would be able to have access. It could be for a variety of reasons including and not limited to member safety for links that could put member's computers at risk, to remove any explicit content that a member has placed there that could violate FM's ToS etc. This is just a good overall tool that would be used for security and for staying on good terms with forumotion. I am definitely voting a Yes on this one and great idea @APE

I think if this was put in place then adding a lof to the ACP would be a good move to.
I would just be happy for my staff to add a log on the profile and in the staff room with screen shots.

I voted yes. It's good to have that extra help when I'm not around and it could be dealt with right away rather than waiting until I log on.
