forumation to forumation

about few month back we, i and friend was creat a forum site for our group. then she having some issues and leaving everyting to me. my problems is my group refused to continue to used the site she made. so i set up new one on . things is to moved all content its tiring job.i would like to know if there is a way i can trasfer everything from old forum to the new one include the members registeration? thx
