Automated password usually works like this: if a user forgets his/her password, they can click a reset button. The reset option erases the existing password, generates a random one and sends it to the email on file for that user. They may then log in and change to whatever they like. No human intervention necessary.

We already have this. If you didn't turn the option to prevent password resets then you wouldn't have a problem. Most or all companies will have someone changing passwords and emails if the password reset tool doesn't work. I normally reset passwords twice or do them all at night. I get more password resets request at night then the day.

Why don't you send me a PM right now and I'll reset the password?
