Get connected with Facebook

hi Base,

Can i connect my forum with Facebook, i dont have friends at facebook but i want to get many more members from Facebook.. so they can join my forum if they like it..

Please go to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Modules Tab
3. Configuration (on the left, under Facebook Connect)
4. Follow the instructions and set it up there

Facebook secret code : ????

Activate Facebook connect module : yes no

1/ now i have to make an ID on Facebook?? i can make any iD or there need to be made exactly same iD as of my forum Admin???

2/ what would be secret code??????

3/ what i have to choose, yes or no???

You will need to create your own App here: https://developers.facebook.com/setup/

That will give you your App ID and you have the select "Activate Facebook connect module : Yes" after doing that. The rest of the settings are up to you.

where i will have the secrete code of facebook from??

The secret code from Facebook will be provided when you finish creating your app as in the field "App secret".
