How long have you been here before you were added to the staff? And what was your ladder you had to climb to be a global mod? Like were you a support mod before?

I was here 6/10/08 and was a normal member for about a half a year on 3/8/09 as a Moderator (known as Support Moderator now) then about 5/9/09 I started the Review Team. I was promoted to Global Moderator. I had stepped down a year ago as head reviewer and now Joph25 is in-charge.

When's the themer's group being released...was it a project just for justin, and got dumped when he left the staff, or what?

That projects being taken over by Beno. Last I heard he's working on something for the next stage.

Can we get a prediction of the week/month of when the group is being released?

So is there a way to add commands to the chatbox?

Like say i wanted to add a command (i do) like /mute

And the command would be /mute (username) (time in seconds)

So in chatbox it would be /mute Willice 20

and it mutes that person for so long, they can still see the chat, but not post, is there a way to add that to the code?

I don't know. I have no idea about new features that are being planned, created or release. I only know when I've been told by Typlo and a few other team members.

Ok, I have a question: We all know that when you drop a cat from a few feet, it lands upright. and it is a fact that when you drop a piece of buttered bread, it lands with the buttered side down. We all know specially those members who read the general rules that bans and warnings are permanent. So why are they permanent? Or why is warning being given to members permanent?

Because we don't want to hassle of remove warnings and bans at a period of time. If you got a ticket from a cop, you would see it on your record. Why would the ticket be removed after a period of time? The warning bar is a reminder to yourself/us to keep an eye out of our actions and what action to take.

I don't really want to say my real name on the forums, but there are a few members and staff members who know my name. Ask me questions instead of a bio. I hate creating them.

Its great! I get to work with amazing staff members and members. It can't get any better then this. I love my work, I get to help others and show my skills and dedication. Depending on the issue or day, I have had some members who aren't so crazy of me of dealing password reset, warnings, ban or even support, but I keep pushing forward doing my best to provide the best support everyone. There are a lot of users who are friendly to me, (not sure if that because I'm green) :p

I don't think it's particularly wrong when it's because the staff has someone in mind for a staff position

I didn't mean that. I meant was we don't go behind someone back and talk about how crappy they are and what not.
