bottom is lastest news

is there anyway can members can start a new thread. on these lastest topics & latest news from the portal.

They can start a new thread somewhere on the forum and it will be shown on your 'latest topic' widget

And for the 'news widget', they need to post a new topic to your 'news forum' so it can be shown on that part.
