Yes I dont expect anything for free. We already get a free site. Besides when people are offered payment for services they tend to do better then normal

syracusednd, generally it takes a few days before a response is made, just because it does take a while to create banners (or any graphic image, for that matter) and I do know that one of the Graphic Designers is currently busy with other requests, along with exams. Just be patient, and you'll get a good response.
