can you make script what when you click on download button then it takes 5 points from user what downloaded file and transfers it to user who shared file. please

All you need to do is make sure guests can view and read in the forum permissions. Also make sure the links aren't in [hide] tags.

As for your question:

a) If your forum is for downloading Warez, it's against the forumotion ToS.
b) No, there is no automated way to remove/give points, it all has to be done manually.
