Calendar entries moved back one day
All my manually entered calendar entries have moved back one day! Happened a few days ago and posted on here in someone else's thread but have had no reply. This is a BIG problem and I'm going to have people turning up at events a day early!
PLEASE can someone from Forumotion acknowledge the problem and let me know if this is going to be resolved or do I have to move all the events?
I know we're all using 'free' forums but if you can't provide the service what's the point! I'm going to disable the calendar for now!
Thanks,
James.

Thank you very much, appreciate your help.
If I disable the calendar, will all the current entries be there when I enable it again?
James.

Yes the events won't be deleted, but please keep it enabled so our tech team can investigate more easily on your issue.

Still haven't heard anything and the calendar is still the same!
If it's not going to go back to how it was then say but I would like to know if it can be fixed or not. I'm not the only one with this problem!

Re: Calendar entries moved back one day
Don't know the forum address. This is the thread on here that someone started but no one from forumotion has commented on.

If we have to move them forward it's no problem, but if we do that and they then get moved back a day they'll all be wrong again! Just let me know if anything will be done or not.
Thanks,
James.

Re: Calendar entries moved back one day
Your profile is setup on which GMT? Normally the calendar is setup on the forum timezone not your profile.

Hello! Same has happened with our forum: www.breastbuddies.co.uk
If someone could advise on what to do would be really helpful.

Hello,
Are you sure you're not getting mixed up with GMT hours?

What do you mean which GMT? There's only one GMT. London time zone as I'm in the uk.

Re: Calendar entries moved back one day
Sorry I was talking about the timezone. If the gallery timezone is different from yours you may think the event is from yesterday when it's only a timezone difference.

Re: Calendar entries moved back one day
Does the gallery have it's own time zone setting then? Would this effect the calendar? I can't see it in the admin panel. Do I have to be logged in as admin?

Any event has the timezone you had when you created it.

Re: Calendar entries moved back one day
Ok I'll have a look at the entries. Have fixed it though and had to set my profile to +1 hour and it's fine. Is all this to do with the time zone update?

Re: Calendar entries moved back one day
I can't guarantee it's linked but it seems to have occurred at the same time, so most certainly.
