Going back to old skin

in december my forum was hacked, and rather than spend hours on trying to get rid of all the mess, i just went to a new skin, because frankly i wasn't that adept at the control panel. i want to restore my first forum but the box starts at jan 2011 to today. how do i get the date back to December 2010, as it will not let me do that. or is the old forum gone with the wind? i have looked for it in the skins and themes but it is not there. thank you.

well i have found a new skin for the time being which i like so , no hurry, but now i have another problem. the forum was part of a web ring but there is no more web ring, so there are all these forums attached to the portal, i need to know where to go in the panel to get rod of the forums, shown at the portal, but do not know what to look for, and i don't want to hit the wrong link.

one of the ex staff members started a web ring and added all these forums to my portal, unfortunately most of the forums don't work, so i was in the panel trying to figure out how to delete the list of the other forums. where would i find this forum list in my panel, in the widgets? i have been there but can not seem to find the links. here is the link and scroll down and you will see all these forums he advertised that i want to get rid of but do not know how. http://esotericmagick.forumotion.net/
