Html page

Hello;
I made a html page.I want to use it as my homepage!(I want to change my forum to a bloge and forum)!But now I have many questions!
1-I want to have 7 widgets(tables in html) on right(w:190) and 5 widgets on left(w:175) and 4 widgets on center(w:600)!How is it possible?When I do that my widgets on right are correct and my widgets on center are on center but they are under right widgets and widget on left are under center widgets!
2-I dont want to unregistered users see links and pictures!Its correct on my forum pages and portal but it isn't correct on my html pages!
3-I made a page for my download link,how can I put a replay box for users that they put their comments about that post(also comments of other users on top of that replay box like when we see a picture on gallery)
4-how can I have a rating system that users put their rate about a game and shows that game overal rate?(like rating system on gallery!

I am only going to answer one of your questions. To make your HTML your homepage. First, click on the Administrator Panel link. Which is on the bottom of the forumotion forum you own. Next, look for the category that says Display & click on it. Than, there should be another set of category's. Look for the one that says Homepage.

Finally, searching for the category that says Homepage. Click on the link that says Generalities. Should be right above Homepage. After doing so, you should see it right there.
