Domain renewing problems

The stuff here cannot help me to renew the domain, because they need respect. I am not going to mention the name. I have paid for renewal without result and when asking I got information that it will take a long time if I don´t show respect to a certain person. The personal should respect the clients not on the contrary. This is going on now: Your domain name periferia.biz renewal is in process. But how long? Depends on the stuff.

I got a hint to send a private message, but I was blackmailed to bring this promblem here. Now I want to get this problem solved as soon as possible.

Maybe that is because you were rude?
It takes 3 to 5 days if you ordered your domain on the weekend and 1 to 2 days on the weekday.

Thank you for this businesslike information. Now I respect this answer and propably also the person behind it. In my opinion I was not rude. I only wanted information, but I could not get it. Rudeness depends on the visual angle. Thanks a lot once again.
