i mean ho many days or year a free forum while b continue limited or unlimited?

I think it will remain as long as forumotion exists. No one can answer specifically, because there is no answer to it.

If Forumotion decides to leave one day, and pack up, would they give us a option to move all our stuff to a new hosting?

That should happen if they did leave.
