Solved Possible pop up message just for guests?

I get a lot of guests to the forum, and I'd like to be able to welcome them in some way

I dont have a portal (and dont particularly want one), so is it possible for me to write a message (outside of the forums, either pop up or beneith the main banner) which is only visable to guests?

You can set a login pop up like a welcome.
