portal welcome message / title Empty portal welcome message / title

Iv'e looked and cant seem to find it but is there any way to have the portal to just be your sites title or a welcome message only?

like lets say i visited my own forum not signed in, got redirected to the portal and all it says is welcome to bla bla bla forum. is there any way to do that Question Question Question

nevermind i figured it out with a widget
