Login page - cannot be edited in neither phpBB2 and PunBB

Is there a real reason why we can't edit the login page using the templates from phpBB2 and PunBB ? Because, frankly, to me it's just like any other page on my forum but at the moment I can't edit. I really don't see any security reasons, and yes, it's a small page, but that shouldn't be the real reason why we can't edit it, because, while it might not be a big deal some people, others really want to change/customize everything on there forums.

Is there a real reason? Yes. They don't want people to edit the login page.

You can ask as much as you want, but it won't change the FACT that there is no login page template and most likely never will be. Same goes for the advanced profile pages.

You can always use javascript to edit these pages. It's fun. Everyone does it!
