Let me use this thread after all.

I want to ask if there is a way (if yes, how) to make 2 groups (Male and Female), each group would have it's fitting color and it would put users there automatically based on their profile whether they are male or female.

Yeah I don't think that's possible, but you could probably manually make the group and stick every member in their respective group section.

Although I'm not so sure about a gender segregated group. Seems kinda iffy if you ask me, might get some juvenile members taking it too far.
