You are not allowed to logon to the forum

I'm administrator and founder of my forum but when I try to login sometimes I get the message "You are not allowed to logon to the forum". I try like 8 times before I can login. Can anyone advise what seems to be the problem? I only started encountering this week. Thanks!

Can you provide a screen shot?

Is this still happening or was it just yesterday? Because you're not alone with that then. There's some kind of ridiculous glitch at the end and beginning of every month, which prompts users to log in every time they visit said forum.

Almost every alternate day I face this problem, not only me but also other members visiting the forum.
