Quotes & Spoiler color

Hi I really need some information about how to change the color of the quotes and the spoilers in my forum. The bg is black and the result is not really nice.

Didn't actually work but it showed me what to do, thank you!

And I fixed the spoiler thing myself, so, problem solved!
