cant log in to fourm??

basically i just have no clue how or what to log in as admin on my forums. i looked at other peoples forums here and i find my problem a little bit different i guess it just being clue less but i still need help i go to log in to admin but i don't now the user name so how am i suppose to enter how? do i find or recover my user name?

if you're logging in for the first time your username should be
Admin
