In progress Two profile problems

Hello, i'm having problem with my members profile, i want picture with their info on the left side of the page and i dont know how to change that, and my second problem is by clicking on view my profile, it opens in a different window... i mean external and i dont like it that much... does anyone know what can i do about this?
