in my forum when admin cak lock topic then Super Moderator or Moderator can Reply the Lock topic..

i want to Super Moderator or Moderator cannot reply to the lock topic

Not possible. if they are mods and have mod permissions for the board/forum, then they would be able to do it.. Jut tell them not to..
