Allow short url's & SOME variables in footer config.

Hi all,

With the recent induction of the Footer links, were able to add our own links, but I'd like to use our shortened forum's URL & some of our 'site....' variables within it.

For example, to "Donate" to the forum (For those who would rather Donate then contribute) the url present is http://forumurl.com/donate .
My proposal is, like a HTML Page, to shorten it to just /donate

And also, like we can do to the rest of the forum, we can use the tag "{SITE_NAME}" and "{SITE_URL}" (Codes are also in the templates, and able to be used!).
For example, we could type "Donate to {SITE_NAME}"
As opposed to
"Donate to my sites name, which may be ridiculously long."
