Is there a limit for number of widgets?

And is there a limit for number of portals you can create in portal management?

Everything tells you in there.

Portal Modules: 119 modules in addition of the available ones (News, Recent_topic, Search, Poll, Who is online, Statistics)

This applies to widgets or to portal?

Widgets.
Not sure about Portal. Not sure why someone would need to have more then one in the first place.
