Styling Issues for a forum?
Hey, guys, again. Previously I had just made this topic about some styling issues for a forum my friend and I are working on. For some reason, though only half of my questions were answered, a staff memeber jumped in and closed the topic for no reason.
1. Chatbox
Can we change headers/colors in the selected spaces? The chat looks extremely weird without anything behind the buttons. This topic doesn't seam to help at all, since none of the codes work.
2. Messages
In the forum I've linked above, there's a messages option. (Guests can't view it) Can we make the text change when someone has messages? For example, "You got x messages"? Here's the code for the menu.
Thanks in advance. Also, please don't lock this topic until all the problems have been solved.

Hey,
I think this may just be the theme.

You can accomplish most of these by paying a visit to the Colors menu

Re: Styling Issues for a forum?
Alright, nvmind three.
Anyhow, thanks guys for the responses. I'll attempt to see if I can change the chatbox, but I'm sure the colors won't work. I mainly want an image/color below the actual buttons.
The other major problem is the profiles. I don't want to have members resize their old avatars once we use the skin we made, and make new ranks.

Re: Styling Issues for a forum?
Thanks, but that just seams to make the allowed image size bigger. I wanted the whole column of the profile larger. I guess that can't be change, so I will have to just make new ranks for everyone. Eh, doesn't matter.
The only thing that I really want to know is about the members button, and the chatbox thing.
Is there a way to customize the chat with an image on the top and the bottom?

As I said, is there a way to make the messages button change? A member told me it is possible, but he did not explain anything.
Further, how can I customize the chatbox's headers? And no, none of the codes in the "customize chatbox" work.
