Where I can edit view of Announcments on my forum, to code it on different way?

What do you need to know? Wich CSS part edits annonouncments or?

I need template or CSS where I can edit annonouncments so I can manage something new, like SAHD have as you know, totaly new.

The background of it is added at #pun-intro {
It's a photo, they did not do it through CSS, and they just customized the pun intro to position it's self behind it.

Than added this to AP > General > Annonouncments
