Solved Donations

Can you plz tell me how this works
one of the admins has made a contribution so that we do not have ads showing and they are still appearing
how long does it take to get rid of the ads
she paid $15 Canadian and she is Admin and still seeing ads

Hi, I believe that donations from anyone are then converted into usable 'credits' on your forum. Check to see if you've received credits on your forum and then you can use them to remove ads. Smile
