i need a code or css script to put an image above (post new topic window) if possible or if exist, can any one help me please.

you know the quick reply script to post an image above, the same but this time will be above the window when you want to post a new topic.

Not sure what you mean. Can you provide a screenshot and signify where you want this 'image'.
