Advertisements don't fall in either of the criteria??...or am i wrong

It would seem that advertisements are indeed not mentioned in the TOS. The area you highlighted only refers to the footer links. However, I'm not an expert on the terms of service, but what are you trying to do with your advertisements? Smile

I would be honest here...

The viewers at my forum are senior engineers & are MUSLIMS. They hate dolls/animes in their biknis ...hope you understand
