Move copyright links?

I made a topic here and was thinking... Would it be allowed to remove the copyright links from the footer, and put them in a widget viewable on all pages? And to possibly do this popup too, or is that only allowed on the footer?

If the theme is created by dion, send him a PM.

I'm adding a topic to his forum, but was wondering as a side thing inspired by his design, if forumotion would allow this.

Forumotion doesn't created the theme, only dion can decide because it is her theme.

I suppose there is no reason why you can't move them elsewhere on the page as long as they stay relatively obvious.

Being able to toggle them isn't too hard either.

Also, I decided to try and make the popup bar myself using a tutorial. I have everything working, except I don't know the link to make it pop up... Maybe I'm doing it wrong? I'll just make the widget for now and wait on Dion. This is solved once a staff can confirm that putting it in a widget (with still a pop-up/expand link) is allowed.

I cannot confirm whether its allowed or not. According to book rules, you are not allowed to modify the footer unless you pay credits for them. Why risk losing your forum, for something as silly as this?

I would say that since Godfather has used the "back door" to visit my board on several occasions, and since most of the staff here are members, if there was a problem I would have heard about it by now.
