Forum Theme Problem Empty Forum Theme Problem

Post by Nessa September 14th 2007, 2:08 am

Hello Hi, I'm hoping some one can help me with this. I noticed today one of the forums theme blocks at the bottom of my forum has changed color for some strange reason. And I can't figure out why, or how to fix it. I took a screen shot of it :/

Forum Theme Problem Forumproblem

I just want to figure out how to get it back like it was before, in the original theme. Any input or assistance would be greatly appreciated . Thanks! thumright

your problem is under the who is online picture

see the extra spacing + the misplaced "there is no users online?"

I think it's only you.. cause i don't have that problem looking at your website

i guess then you'd have to figure something out for the chatbox... cause it just adds a small table and creates the new spacing

Have you tried using different colours/images of different themes?

Post by Bad Wolf September 14th 2007, 5:15 pm

thx Nessa .. tho i am not sure if this is the same problem

it seems the forum is no longer reconnizing my manual CSS oO
i just checked it over ... the CSS is correct as when i last saw it yesterday

The main problem is on the forum index
the CSS still shows the correct colors and setting:
ul.forums dd {
border-color: #7c92b4;
border-left-style: dashed;
border-left-width: 1px;

but if you look at the index ... the border-left is a SOLID BLACK Line and no matter what i do ... my maual CSS is not being reconized oO

if they have done that then that is a POOR way of doing business.
we as ADMINs should never loose our control over our boards Theme or CSS

just my 2cents

EDIT***

I had to manually link my CSS to an off site (off Forumotion) host inorder for my theme to be seen correctly Shit

I agree Nem..I hope they will address this situation with us better at some point today. We should be kept aware of things like this before we have to show up here and search for answers. I'm sure they must be working on something, that has to be the problem.I'm truely just guessing here hun. But I'm sure some one will be along shortly to better answer our questions for us. Hang tight lil trooper..I'm sure we will all have these issues resolved shortly. Wink *prays*
