Hi,

Could you please have a look at my post in here (Should load to that post)
=> https://help.forumotion.com/administration-panel-credits-and-domain-names-problems-f44/why-advertisement-t81090.htm#522892

To completely remove adds, even to guests
Admin panel >> Misc > obtain then spend credits on adds.

They are already making money off hits to your website.. paying them to remove ads just makes them more money than they are lalready making of traffic on your forums... Don't be a sucker! Get your own domain or they will dictate everything about your forum and can make changes just like this anytime they please..

I recently purchased a domain name from them thinking it would get rid of ads but nope :/ .
I would understand getting the adds if i was still using the free domain

Domain name & ads are two different things, they are not at all related.

Why all of a sudden have we got these ads with no feature to turn them off? I've used these boards for over a year now and i'm not impressed i suddenly have these adds when i've paid £14 for a domain it's ridiculous!
