What are and what can I do with my site points.

They could be found by going to:

Admin Panel
General
Homepage
Configuration

Scroll down a bit and the amount of points your site has accumulated is listed there.

How do I earn points?

By new members signing up to join your forum.
New Topics being made on your site.
Replies to topics on your site.
Visitors to your site (not 100% confirmed)

But I have lost points recently! This is because of:

Topics being deleted.
Replies being deleted.
Members being deleted.
No new members signing up
Vistors to your site not as much (not 100% confirmed)

What can I do with my points?

Absolutely nothing! They are only used to determine you ranking in the Forumotion directory.

What can't I do with my points?

Edit Templates
Add storage to Gallery
Custom Site Link
Removal of ads

i think you can also use the points in having your own domain name..

like for example, you made a forum with an address: ABCD.forumotion.com
if you have 1600 points or more.. you can change it to ABCD.com, ABCD.org, etc.

Okay, you can't purchase anything with those points!

You need credits (which you buy) to edit templates, add storage to the gallery or have a custom domain name.
Again, the points you're talking about here are not used for that! Credits must be bought at
Admin Panel -> Misc

As Kilsek said, "They are only used to determine you ranking in the Forumotion directory." So there isn't exactly no use for them, they are another form of advertising.
