Well I no longer think its just me seeing the lack in workforce on this side of the forum. My recent absences have only fueled the fire, and poor benjamin has been swept onto some really deep waters.

This time its plain and simple ... no contest!

I must say I see one really solid candidate. And the other entries are every sufficient . I am a little surprised.

I hope you choose which you think that's the correct Jalokim, but my
advice is when someone GFX desginer do you consult with Beno and Tanix

I think that Jalokim knows what he wants in a GFX designer, and as GFX team leader I dont think that he needs to consult with anyone. His judgement has proved accurate in the past.

To make things clear , yes I may be the leader of the GFX group but my word is not the only one.

Both tanix and beno are commenting the candidates situation live with me in the staff room. Not only that but other members of staff , and sanket who just loves bumping up his post count has left info.

hmm ... I'd love to hire 2 folks ... but so far I see only 1 above standard candidate. Maybe the rest will show colors in the bootcamp, as it has happened before. Thus I confirm dragonfirs comment. I see potential not the makeup covering a zit.
