anybody can tell how to make category and Forum like this

I and many many more members asked this, but since today, there were no answers. I suppose this is some script. OK, I haven't been active here for a while, but it really might happen that somebody answered the questions, but while I was active here before, nothing happened.

you just create new forum and put that code on it , otherwis you can put it on you hompage portal :

admin panel > general > hompage > configuration > scroll down until you find hompage messages
