can anyone can tell me how i can active domain and my members can donate in my forum?

make sure in your admin panel you have clicked advanced, go to Misc tab, select donations and set it to yes to display the donate link in your footer. Once you have donations you can buy credits then in the same misc tab you can purchase a domain name.

look at your forum footer, the footer looks like this:

Free forum | ©️ phpbb | Free forum support | Statistics | Contribution | Report an abuse | Create your free blog

Click on the contribution and now make a link into that page and put it into your portal or navigation menu and whala! your members can now donate into your forum
