uploading a favicon

I've got a .ico file with a favicon in it and wanted to upload it into photobucket to get a url I can paste into the forum (general -> config -> forum favicon).

But photobucket only accepts jpg etc not ico's.

What else can I do to get a url to be able to upload my favicon on to the forum?

And is 32x32 the correct size?

I tried that and have now uploaded the .PNG file in forum favicon. It still doesn't work.

Could that be because .PNG files don't work?

Or maybe because I'm using a different domain (not the forumotion one as have a registered one)

Ok thanks. I'll go with the ICO one then, a cyberfriend has offered to host it on his website/space.

you first have to convert the .png to ,ico

I got it in ICO Jiannos, it's fine I've uploaded it (do have another problem now but that's for a new thread).
