Allow members to donate

it will be cool if members could donate their points to other members becaus eif they make compotions or sig shops they would have to tell the admin to donate the points to the member and that would take long

so i think we should add this who votes yes

Voted Yes. This would be great for forums with Graphics sections, and "help" sections

I mean, at the moment we can only have members PM the admin and arrange for them to transfer the points

This is really needed. It's a big thing lacking in the shop Mod. I suggested this a few days ago myself.

Right now it's a pain for my members to have to PM staff to do forum point exchanges. Being able to click a donate button, enter the amount and click send would be sooooooo much easier and ideal!
